Flowery (“we,” “us”) operates the delivery management application at http://flowery.fyi (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data. When you sign in (for example via Clerk with email or Google), we receive identifiers such as your email address and name as provided by the identity provider.
- Operational data. You may enter or import business data such as delivery addresses, order details, route information, and integration settings (for example Shopify webhooks). This data is used to provide routing, rates, dashboards, and related features.
- Technical data. Like most web apps, we and our hosting providers may process IP address, device/browser type, and similar logs for security, reliability, and analytics.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions
- Run delivery, routing, rate calculation, and order-management features you request
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on third parties that may process data on our behalf, including for example: authentication (Clerk), database and backend (Convex), hosting (Vercel), maps and routing (TomTom), and payment or commerce platforms if you connect them (e.g. Shopify). Their use of data is governed by their respective policies and our agreements with them.
4. APIs
The Service exposes HTTP APIs under http://flowery.fyi/api (for example rates and route planning). Those endpoints are intended for authenticated use as implemented in the application. Do not use the APIs in ways that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention specifics depend on the type of data and your use of the product.
6. Your choices
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the information below to make a request. You may also control some data through your account or identity provider settings.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
